No deposit to reserve
Austin Bounce House Rentals does not require a deposit. If you prepay and cancel under the policy, that money stays as credit on your account. The credit does not expire.
We deliver and set up
Free delivery, professional setup, and removal in Greater Austin and surrounding communities. Tell us about gates, steps, and where the hose bib is.
Kids play
One adult stays at the entrance the whole time. Shoes stay off. Little kids and bigger kids take turns.
We pick it up
Be home or leave access. Water Wars guns need to be emptied and dry before the driver returns.
If plans change
Cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before the event by calling the office. No penalty.
For weather, you may wait until the driver arrives. If you cancel before the unit is unloaded and accepted, there is no charge. Once it is delivered and accepted, the rental stands for the booked time.
If you did not prepay and you cancel before setup, you owe nothing. If you prepaid and the cancel follows the policy, the amount becomes credit on the account. It does not expire.
