Rain
Light rain on a warm day is usually a comfort call, not an automatic cancel. We deliver rain or shine. Wet vinyl is slippery, so slow the line down.
Rain is fine. Wind is not.
Water slides are built to get wet. The weather call is about wind, lightning, and whether the kids will still have fun.
Wind
Sustained wind of 15 mph or higher: stop. A slide full of air acts like a sail. Get kids off and turn the blower off.
Lightning
Lightning or thunder: off the slide and away from it. Do not wait until it is close.
Heat
Shade and water for the adults still matter. If the vinyl has been sitting in full sun, run the hose over it before the first riders.
Cancel any day before
No deposit. Cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before the event by calling the office. No penalty.
Day-of weather
You may wait until the driver arrives. If you cancel before the unit is unloaded and accepted, there is no charge. Once it is delivered and accepted, the rental stands for the booked time.
